Delivery, Exchange And Returns


All delivery shipments are handled by DHL and are all express delivery.

Depending on your country of residence and of delivery, time may vary up, but not limited to, 7 working days. 

Please note that orders made after cut-off time (local working hours) will be processed the following working day.

Once an order has been submitted you will receive an email of confirmation. 

It might take a few days before your order is packed and shipped out. When that happens, you will receive an email from us notifying you that your order has been shipped along with the tracking number so you could track your parcel. 

Our carrier delivers during normal business working hours and may require a signature upon receipt, so we suggest your order is delivered to an address where someone will be available to accept and sign for it. 

Your order may be subject to import taxes from your country which you will have to bear. 

The shipping cost of your order is calculated based on volume and weight of the package and will be added to your checkout total. 

We always aim to meet these delivery times but occasionally tech updates to our systems or force majeure event, such as extreme weather conditions, will mean that these delivery services aren't available or are delayed.

The Lookout can't be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the carrier. 



Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, with the tag attached and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

All items will be inspected before refund is granted.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please complete the form in the Returns section of the website. It should include your order number and the items you want to return.

All returns are free of charge.



Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card. It will take up to 10 days or more for your refund to appear in your bank account. 



If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We're not able to offer an exchange on returned items and all returned items will be refunded once they've been received by our warehouse.

If you need a different size or color of an item, or a new item, then you will need to place a new order.



If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.



Upon completion of the return form, we will notify DHL to pick up the parcel from your location and they will then ship it back to us.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach us, may vary.

You will be notified when your items have been received.
